The National Pan-Hellenic Council of New York Partners with D9 Resume Exchange In Effort To Create Talent Pipelines For Employers

New York, NY - The National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) of New York in collaboration with the D9 Resume Exchange have joined efforts in creating a framework where employers can engage NPHC-NY members in a structured, systematic and measurable way.

Affectionately known as the Divine Nine, The NPHC of New York is made up of 16,000 members who have pledged a life-long commitment to scholarship and service through their respective historically black fraternity or sorority (that dates back to 1906).

The D9 Resume Exchange is a contingency recruitment firm assisting it’s clients enhance their diversity, equity and inclusion strategies by sourcing dynamic candidates directly from the Divine Nine and Historically Black Colleges & Universities.

Engagement within the Divine Nine operates at both the undergraduate and alumni levels. This unique feature makes the Divine Nine an ideal sourcing strategy for employers seeking internship, entry-level and/or experienced professionals.

The NPHC and D9 Resume Exchange collaboration will offer resume books curated for each employer, corporate mentorship candidates, early insight program candidates, internship/analyst/associate program candidates, networking events and career fairs.
